Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Prian Infotech ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website (prianinfotech.com) or using our software development, mobile application, web design, or IT consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Prian Infotech provides custom IT services including software development, web applications, mobile app engineering, SEO optimization, and enterprise solutions. Specific deliverables, project milestones, timelines, and costs are defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Client Proposals signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software code, web frameworks, design graphics, branding, and content developed by Prian Infotech remain company property until full payment is received. Upon completion of milestone payments, clients receive exclusive usage or ownership rights as stipulated in their contract.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Clients agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in their project contract. Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges or temporary suspension of active development services.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Clients and website users agree not to engage in unauthorized access, reverse engineering, security penetration attempts, or malicious activities against our infrastructure or software products. All data submitted to Prian Infotech must comply with applicable Indian cyber laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prian Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, third-party hosting interruptions, or unauthorized data access beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Katihar, Bihar, India.
